Dear sir,

The session started with quiet time. I was ready to learn new concepts in interactive teaching. The game of 45 second made us understand that out of sight is out of mind. It also taught us that most of the time we work with mental model not realising the reality. Refection improves the listening skill. It is an excellent assessment tool in collaborative learning. I tend to react immediately even before the speaker finishes with his/her questions. This game consciously reminded the mistake I was doing. I have made up my mind to improve my listening skills. The T GROW model is interesting. It is useful for preparing the lesson plan. It helped in understanding the reality for implementing the interactive method.
