Dear sir,

The quiet time made my mind fresh and open to learn new concepts for interactive teaching. I was happy to start the session with a small prayer said by Mr. Venugopal. His explanation for the prayer was amazing that gave me a good notion about eternal blissful happiness. The pattern game was an eye-opener not to follow regular patterns to find the solution to different problems. Every student is different hence the approach should also be different.

Creative ways to use the library apart from the monotonous method is worth mentioning. Implementing the collaborative learning and the know-do-reflect approach using the library resource is excellent. 

The game of 35 help in providing solutions to a problem and finding the optimal solution based on the rating given by the peers. The solution given is graded on 35 points.

We lose the essence of life/goal during our journey to achieve the goal. We are in a hurry to complete the syllabus in turn failed to know the students and their needs. We were able to realise this from the game of INTERRUPTION. I have realised that more importance should be given for creating the interpersonal relation or the rapport with students.

I will implement the Quiet time, game of 35, Interruption during lecture to communicate something in the classroom to make a change in the boring teaching methods.
